Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Buyer may not cancel all or any portions of an order that has already been shipped.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Unless otherwise noted on your account terms, payment will be required in full before dispatch of the purchased items.

Damages incurred during shipping must be itemized in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims cannot be accepted thereafter.

In the event of a return of goods to Hang It Up Systems, the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs incurred in the original order are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund in the event that it is granted.
