What is Hang It Up Systems’ return policy?

Our return/refund Policy is as follows:

Any unwanted products must be returned within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned goods, we will confirm receipt and determine whether a refund can be granted. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund in the event that it is granted. The return shipment of unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Special order or custom items are non-refundable.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

When will my order ship?

If you place your order before 2pm on a business day, and it is confirmed in stock and payment is arranged for, we will ship out that afternoon.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically orders shipping within the GTA and via express shipping to most Canadian cities will arrive the next day after dispatch from our location. Ground shipping and shipping to remote locations may take up to 7 business days. For a more specific timeframe, feel free to contact us.

Please note that delivery is in the control of the shipping company and delays may occur.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa or MasterCard for online orders. If you have terms with us, or if you wish to pay upon pick-up of your order, company cheque or cash are also acceptable.

 

Can I set up a trade account?

To set up a trade account, go to the login page and select your preferred option under “Apply For a Trade Account”. Please fill in the required information and select “Create Account”. The information will be sent to us for review and we will contact you within 2-5 business days to confirm or deny activation.

 

Do you have installation instructions for the system I purchased?

For our art hanging systems and our rod and cable kits we do have installation instructions, which we typically will include in your shipment. If for any reason you do not get them, please contact us and we will email it to you. For items that do not have installation instructions or if you need clarification on anything, please contact us and we will be happy to help you understand our systems better.

 

Can my cable, rod, or track be cut to my specific requirements?

Yes, for a small cutting charge, we can cut them to your required length. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will add it to your order.

 

Does Hang It Up Systems make custom parts?

We absolutely do. Email sales@hangit-up.com with any custom inquiries.

 

Can I submit drawings to receive a quote?

You certainly can! Please email your information to sales@hangit-up.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
